What's new, improved and fixed in Talko AI
New channels, features and fixes, as they ship — in plain language, not commit messages.
This page logs every customer-visible change to Talko AI, on the day it ships. Entries are tagged New, Improved or Fixed, and grouped by date with the most recent first. The latest release was August 20, 2026.
It is for existing customers checking whether something they asked for has landed, and for anyone evaluating the platform who wants to see how actively it is developed. For the live health of the platform right now, see the system status page instead — this page covers what changed, not what is working at this moment.

How we ship changes
What actually happens between a change being written and it reaching your account.
- Changes ship continuously in small increments, not as quarterly releases.
- Talko AI is hosted, so fixes and improvements reach your account with no upgrade step on your side.
- Anything that needs an action from you — connecting a new channel, switching on a setting that starts off — is called out in its own entry.
- Internal refactors, infrastructure and dependency work are deliberately not listed here, because nothing about them is visible to you.
Questions about releases and updates
How often does Talko AI ship?
- Continuously, in small changes rather than quarterly releases. Anything customer-visible is written up here in plain language on the day it goes out, tagged New, Improved or Fixed. Internal refactors and infrastructure work are not listed, because they change nothing you can see.
Do I need to update anything when a change ships?
- Almost never. Talko AI is hosted, so improvements and fixes reach your account automatically with no upgrade step. The exceptions are called out in the entry itself — for example a new channel you have to connect, or a new setting that starts switched off until you turn it on.
How do I request a feature or report a bug?
- Send it through the contact page or to info@thetalko.in. Requests that come with the specific situation behind them — the channel, what you were trying to do, what happened instead — are the ones that turn into entries on this page fastest.
Where can I see whether the platform is running normally right now?
- The system status page reports the live state of the background engine that sends every automated reply, broadcast and comment response. This changelog covers what changed; status covers what is working at this moment.
